20060627 Music and Mayhem
Daring duck of mystery,
Champion of right,
Swoops out of the shadows,
Darkwing owns the night.
Somewhere some villain schemes,
But his number's up.
LOL! A friend has insidiously infected my brain with the theme song to Darkwing Duck. He is flying loops and swirls inside my head (no comments from the peanut gallery about there being plenty of space). New music almost always improves my mood, and my friend obliged with some new techno as well. Thanks!
Yesterday's sunshine was too much to miss, and I sneaked away to enjoy a nice, quiet, warm lunch outside. :-)
Talesia got to learn a bit more about fence-fixing as I repaired the latest escape routes from our local Houdini, GP. I got to learn new ways to express myself without the use of some time-honored expletives as I turned my fingers purple with a hammer, before I wised up and used the gloves that were sitting there laughing at me. Soon I fear we probably get to replace that entire gate. Lynn suggested that GP is not actually a dog, but a badger in disguise.
